Competitive Advantage
The Studio understands that achieving high quality qualifications is only part of what makes you ‘employable’. We want all our students to have the ‘competitive advantage’ which means they can walk into an interview, look someone in the eye, shake them by the hand and hold a meaningful conversation about the vast number of work-related experiences they have had.
To achieve this we base our student expectations for the Studio culture upon being “100% professional”
We provide a range of employer encounters as part of our careers programme but also incorporate employability skills within our curriculum to ensure that each specialism has the following opportunities.
- - Real time briefs – work is set to briefs to give the experience of working to a client’s requirements.
- - Industry links – each specialism has a professional link as part of the curriculum entitlement.
