Lead Communications Officer
Overview
The Lead Communications Officer at Aldridge Education (AE) will: model the standards, principles, values and norms of the organisation at all times; ensuring that all activities serve the vision, mission, strategic direction and priorities outlined by AE; making decisions and recommendations to colleagues which are based on market research and evidence-based information; liaising effectively and supporting the work of the central team to enable it to ensure that the communications, media and public relations functions in each of our establishments is effective and fit for purpose; whilst supporting the development of staff and apprentices within the team through coaching and mentoring to ensure that AE grows the next generation of communications and PR officers both for the organisation and the sector as a whole.
