Introduction
Darwen Aldridge Enterprise Studio (DAES) is committed to providing an inclusive education for all learners, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). We aim to ensure every learner can access a broad and balanced curriculum and achieve their full potential in a supportive, nurturing environment.
Our SEND Ethos
- We are a mainstream academy with fewer than 350 learners, creating a close-knit, community-focused environment.
- Our approach is nurture-based, prioritising emotional wellbeing, positive relationships, and personalised support.
-
We follow the principles of Quality First Teaching, ensuring high standards of classroom practice for all learners.
